Tonight I was served by tony in your drive through, he was so well spoken, he was clear and asked me all the right questions. He made ordering so easy and I didn’t feel rushed. Tony gave the best customer service I’ve had in a long time from a fast food outlet. I work in retail so I know how hard it can be to find great workers. I have left feedback using the QR code on the bag but I also just wanted Tony to know he’s a super star and keep up that service. I’d employ you any day!
They are always very nice there but takes a while to get your order because they don't have parking bays I guess. And I find it quite expensive now after 4pm but isn't everywhere LoL. But they always have good lunch deals everyday before 4pm.
Amazing! If you're in the mood for nuggets and chips, hot sauce, choc milk, roast chook, burgers...this is the place you've been looking for. Great service, really fast, good food, very friendly. And, even when they shorted our order (and I'm talking, one nugget short), it was sorted, on the spot (with an extra nugget on top, by way of apology). Love it - worth the stop on the way home from the beach...
I have had the pleasure of being served by Andrea several times and every visit has been outstanding. Even during the busiest rush hours she consistently provides fast friendly and attentive service.
The lady who served me today in the drive through was one of the most polite and lovely drive through staff i have had in a very long time. Food was hot but service was hotter!
Possibly the best customer service I have received at any food outlet and I honestly dont say this lightly. Didn't get the young ladies name but on being served through the drive thru the young lady was polite and patient walking me through the menu. Food was good and service exceptional . I hope that the management read this as you have an absolute gem of a staff member there. Thank you

Service was slow for walk in and floors were very dirty. Front door is closed with a piece of paper saying use the side door
